In line with the directives of His Excellency the secretary-general of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation to enlist the help of volunteers to support orphans and widows, as well as his vision to establish a committee dedicated to the volunteering project, we present the following:

General objective of the committee:

utilize volunteer work and showcase the human aspect of social and cultural engagement in supporting the well-being of the Foundation's members.

Objectives of the volunteer team:

• To strengthen social cohesion in the Kingdom of Bahrain and foster a spirit of giving and community belonging.
• To promote the culture of volunteering and generosity within Bahraini society.
• To actively involve volunteers in the charitable and humanitarian efforts of the Foundation.

Volunteer guidelines:

1. Uphold high standards of behavior, public morals, and respect.
2. Maintain an appearance that aligns with Islamic principles and societal norms.
3. Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively and within the specified timeframe.
4. Adhere to attendance times and complete assigned duties as scheduled.
5. Inform relevant parties in advance if unable to attend or fulfill a task.
6. Follow security, health, and safety instructions.
7. Avoid making promises to external parties on behalf of the Royal Foundation without consulting officials and obtaining written permission.
8. Do not solicit material or in-kind donations without written approval from the Foundation.
9. Maintain honesty and integrity, and keep work-related information confidential.
10. Respect the privacy of beneficiaries and do not share personal information such as phone numbers or social media accounts.
11. Refrain from photographing children or events and posting them on social media or other platforms without the Foundation's permission.
12. Avoid promoting or selling goods and services for personal financial gain while volunteering.
13. Protect and preserve the Foundation's property and assets.
